Ready-Made House Plan with Stone, White Plaster and Tile Roof
This project stands out with its modern and clean facade look, but its roots are deep in Bulgarian architectural tradition. The broken forms, characteristic of the Revival-era house, are reimagined through a contemporary lens.
The covered entrance offers shelter from the elements and creates a sense of arrival. Wooden frames with low-emission glass and complete thermal insulation guarantee a home that remains cozy and economical throughout all seasons.

Anatomy of the Home
Three levels connected in a harmonious vertical composition
Ground Floor
The heart of the home
The covered entrance welcomes with a sense of arrival — a transition between the outside world and the intimacy of the home. The bright foyer reveals an elegant staircase that connects the three levels in a unified vertical composition. A toilet and wardrobe are discreetly positioned, hidden from direct view.
The open living space is the true heart of the house — kitchen, dining room, and living room flow in natural harmony, while the fireplace creates a cozy gathering center. Direct access to the covered terrace with barbecue area transforms the yard into an organic extension of the interior space.
First Floor
Zone of tranquility
The upper level is dedicated to rest and privacy. Two bedrooms, each with its own balcony, offer independent space and a direct connection to the sky and surrounding landscape. Natural light penetrates generously through the windows, creating an atmosphere of calm.
The shared bathroom and laundry room with storage complete the functionality of the floor without disturbing the sense of spaciousness and lightness.
Basement
The hidden practicality
The partially underground level is reserved for the technical functions of the home — boiler room and storage spaces remain invisible but always available. Here lies the machinery of everyday comfort.
The ideal space for everything that needs to work flawlessly without you having to see it.
